2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pakvip. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the pakvip platform, you unequivocally accept these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with any supplementary documents incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the pakvip Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual Bonus Terms, and Sportsbook Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

The existence of duplicate accounts — whether discovered at registration, during account review, or following a withdrawal request — will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be voided at pakvip's discretion following investigation.

You must promptly notify pakvip of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting support at [email protected]. pakvip cannot be held liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.4 pakvip reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any registered account without obligation to provide reasons, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect misrepresentation, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakvip login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pakvip recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication through your account security settings.
4.2 You must notify pakvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, loss of login credentials, or any security breach. pakvip accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). pakvip is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The standard KYC documents required are:
pakvip may request additional documentation at any time where it deems this necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days will result in account suspension.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. pakvip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rs 100 per month on inactive accounts after written notice. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon successful identity verification at the time of reactivation.
4.5 Account Currency. All pakvip accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to any transaction. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagers, and winnings are in PKR.
pakvip accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance instantly for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 business day for bank transfers. pakvip does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment account registered to a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have passed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pakvip's payment team.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile money provider while holding an active pakvip account balance constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. pakvip will pursue recovery of any disputed amounts through all available legal means and reserves the right to suspend the account immediately upon receiving notice of a chargeback request.
6.1 pakvip may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are governed by these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on pakvip bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Only wagers on eligible games contribute to wagering rollover; contributions by game type are listed in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pakvip has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure:

6.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. pakvip reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to players based on account history, wagering patterns, or geographic location where permitted by applicable licensing rules.
7.1 All casino games available on pakvip use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness and randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
7.2 Sportsbook bets placed on pakvip are subject to the pakvip Sportsbook Rules, which cover bet acceptance, void event policies, in-play betting rules, and settlement procedures. In cases of obvious pricing errors in odds, pakvip reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect prices.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, pakvip reserves the right to void any affected game rounds or bets. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid. pakvip is not liable for losses suffered by players as a result of platform downtime or technical failures.

10.3 pakvip's trademarks, service marks, and trade names — including the pakvip name and logo — may not be used in connection with any product or service not operated by pakvip, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits pakvip.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 pakvip's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your pakvip account at the time the claim arises.

12.1 Termination by pakvip. pakvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an account is closed for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate Real Money Balances not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player following a standard review period of up to 30 days.
12.2 Closure by Player. You may close your pakvip account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a written closure request. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being approved.
12.3 Following permanent account closure, you may not re-register on pakvip unless explicitly invited to do so by pakvip in writing. This restriction applies with particular force to self-excluded players, for whom re-registration during the exclusion period is a serious breach of both these Terms and pakvip's responsible gaming obligations.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakvip holds its international gaming licence. By using the pakvip platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable under the laws of Pakistan.

13.3 Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes. Disputes concerning the outcome of any game round or sportsbook settlement must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. pakvip's decision on game outcome disputes, made following review of platform logs and certified RNG records, is final.
13.4 Nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting any rights you may hold under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence.
14.1 pakvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — pakvip will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account, and by posting a prominent notice on the pakvip website.
14.2 Where amendments are non-material (including but not limited to typographical corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes), they may be implemented without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
14.3 Your continued use of the pakvip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using pakvip and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
